Prologue
MuK IT GmbH offers a web-based administration software for small and medium-sized companies. Entrepreneurs and employees can access their work-relevant data at any time and from anywhere in the world.
Subject matter of the contract
This contract grants you the right to use our service against payment and for a limited period of time.
Term
The minimum term of our contracts is one year starting on the date of signing.
The contract will be automatically renewed for another year after the term.
A notice of termination must be submitted two months prior to the renewal of the contract.
Charges
You will find your exact fees in your personal offer.
The fees due upon contract renewal are payable on the day of contract renewal or no later than 14 days thereafter.
Liability
MuK IT GmbH is only liable for damages due to gross negligence or intent.
Apart from that, any liability, no matter for which legal reason, especially for data loss and consequential damages, is excluded as far as legally possible.
Secrecy and data protection
Both parties shall maintain secrecy about all business and operational matters of which they become aware and shall treat all information in connection with the performance of this contract as strictly confidential, even after its expiry. The same applies to personal data covered by the provisions of data protection laws.
We undertake not to collect, store or reproduce information, documents or data as defined in paragraph 1 or to use or exploit them in any other form except for maintenance purposes. The stored data shall be deleted when they are no longer required. This does not apply as long as a legal regulation provides for the storage of the data.
Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions of this contract be or become invalid, or should an essential point not be regulated, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Place of execution and jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Vienna.
